Week 2

I promised I would be very transparent so here it is.

I did the homework (read chapter 5) and choose one activity a day to be completely mindful.

I read chapter 5. Easy

I tried being mindful once a day. Terrible

I’m supposed to do it without judgment but I’m working on that.

Still not completely sure how much I have in common with these people but tonight I realized there may be a few things. We also focused a lot on mindfulness which was not fun because I’m not good at it at all. I’m trying though and that it was matters. I wish I had more to say about this week but I honestly felt like it was more of a disappointment than anything. Maybe next week will be better.
