In an effort to maintain a balanced life style, a while back, I started a trendy, new radical diet.  This diet is not for wimps.  Most people on this diet gain a lot of weight, bump into walls, and trip on stairs. That’s just the way it is.

I took over my father’s blog September of 2017 after losing his battle with mental illness. This blog was originally to share my journey through grieving, finding peace, and trusting God in the process...and in many ways is exactly that. This has evolved into life as a family of 4 with 2 dogs, living in the Midwest. I will cover everything from fashion to our family routines. Join us on this crazy adventure!

  1. I didn’t mean to make it a pissing contest I just wanted you to know you’re not alone. I wish I could tell you something inspirational made me quit but I started having seizures. Very inconvenient and to sit in intensive care for three days being watched was torture. Things have way of working themselves out, hopefully before death. 🙂

  2. That’s quite a cocktail. I uses to take 4mg of Xanax and very large amounts of Vodka daily. Add cocaine and assorted condiments as needed. Repeat as needed until rehab(s). It took 25 years.

    1. I had a short bout with cocaine. I wanted to rip my head off. Alcohol was Jack Daniels Black label. had a calming effect. I have never had Xanax.
